Job Summary

Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant trade certification.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plumbing or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
Working Conditions
  • Varied work settings including commercial, industrial, and residential locations.
  • Confined spaces and wet/damp environments.
  • Physically demanding work requiring heavy lifting and bending.
