Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Merchandise and Services

Select and procure merchandise for resale, and develop plans to increase sales and revenue.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, and increase brand awareness.

Financial Management

Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.

Staffing and Training

Determine staffing requirements, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to meet business needs.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
