Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineering Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will provide expert-level technical support to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders on the application of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application of our products and solutions
  • Work closely with sales representatives, contractors, and technicians to deliver in-office and on-site product support
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, training, and support to customers and visitors
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations and submittals to support sales efforts
  • Meet performance expectations and contribute to the success of the team
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems
  • Aptitude with hand tools
