We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead the transition management office in our enablement services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, submitting, integrating, executing, and post-integration managing all assigned transition programs and operations during the hospital merger.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an integration playbook for the organization, ensuring continuity in operations and the implementation of a sustainable integrated model.
- Manage all aspects of planning and readiness for assigned transition program work-streams, including budget management and expenditure authorization.
- Collaborate with the Transition Management Office team to develop and track the overall integration plan and dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks to project milestone delivery.
- Apply a future-oriented perspective and innovation mindset to ensure emerging trends, research, and evidence are considered in all project activities.
- Active member, in good standing with a professional designation in Finance from a regulatory body or association.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience leading a hospital corporate enabling services program.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, with demonstrated experience in formal/informal leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing operational functions or projects in large complex organizations, including program planning, support functions, and service delivery design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Change Management and Project Management certifications or willingness to undertake these certifications.
