Retail Store Manager

UK CORNER MARKET INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied and loyal.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 34 to 38 hours per week.
