Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling of NGL products via rail across North America.
  • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to synchronize transportation requirements with ongoing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to strategize and implement efficient product movements.
  • Oversee rail fleet utilization and ensure compliance.
  • Manage service levels with rail operators and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Guarantee precise invoicing and payment processes.
  • Document and track shipments effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rail logistics.
  • Familiarity with Class 1 railroads.
  • Understanding of the NGL sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
