Key Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving food to our guests.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and portioning ingredients.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.

  • We offer support for newcomers and refugees, including access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • We provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
  • We offer flexible onboarding options for Veterans, allowing them to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
  • We facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
  • We offer phased re-entry options for mature workers who are returning to work after retiring.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Language and Work Environment
  • English or French language proficiency required.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
