Responsibilities:

• Enter registrations and manage billing accurately and efficiently
• Run attendance reports and provide data to support program operations
• Answer phones, take registrations, and respond to parent inquiries
• File required paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the operations of the ELP Program

Requirements:

• High School diploma required
• Basic understanding of database systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Part-time hours per week, Monday 12:00pm - 4:30pm; Tuesday - Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
• Paraeducator Bargaining Unit position; $16.22 per hour
