Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver compliance and safety awareness training to associates and managers, leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources to drive compliance improvement. Conduct assessments in our facilities across designated compliance subject matter areas, including:

Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and/or trends, and support the creation and execution of action plans to mitigate risk and drive compliance execution. Participate in regulatory visits, including online submission and engagement with partners for resolution of orders or fines. Execute and manage the hourly associate accident file process, including online submission, accident investigations, modified offer letters, and follow-up until resolution. Foster 2-way communication with Store Management to ensure attendance management, progress note completion, and accountability. Assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders. Submit and follow up on Facilities Maintenance requests, including management of pest activity. Leverage escalation tools to resolve issues and outstanding tickets. Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member. Follow up on action items identified through Safety Team meeting notes & Inspections.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.15. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
