Key Responsibilities

As a Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your duties will include:

•Conducting foot patrols of buildings, both interior and exterior, to detect and prevent potential security threats

•Monitoring access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises

•Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

•Utilizing radio communication to stay in touch with colleagues and respond to emergencies

•Monitoring situations, property, and events to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action

•Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and community members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

•A valid Manitoba Security Guard License

•Previous security experience, preferably in a similar role

•Excellent communication and customer service skills

•Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

•Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities

•High School Diploma or equivalent
