Financial Reporting Manager

The All-Fab Group of Companies is a leading construction industry supplier in Western Canada and the US, with over 800 employees across nine manufacturing sites. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our finance team as Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  2. Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting department.
  3. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  4. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate financial information.
  5. Provide financial data and insights to support business decisions.
  6. Ensure compliance with government sales tax regulations.
  7. Research and implement best practices within the accounting team.
  8. Develop and maintain financial reporting systems.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  2. CPA designation.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Dynamics GP and Vivid Reports.
  6. Proven leadership and project management skills.
