We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Job Summary:

The Ice Cream Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the ice cream counter, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the ice cream counter, handling customer transactions and serving ice cream and other frozen treats.
  • Prepare and package ice cream and other frozen desserts for sale.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the ice cream counter and surrounding areas.
  • Restock ice cream and other frozen treats as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
