Position Overview

The role of a Kitchen Operations Aide at QUIZNOS SUB involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables.
  • Sanitize and clean kitchen equipment, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Load and organize buspans and trays for efficient service.
  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Maintain records of food usage and inventory.
  • Prepare take-out food orders for customers.
  • Portion and package food items appropriately.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Assist customers by taking their orders.
  • Utilize kitchen appliances for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas, including refrigerators and cupboards.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage responsibly.
  • Maintain kitchen knives by sharpening them as necessary.
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
