Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
  • Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Receiving and Issuing Payments: Receive and issue payments, as well as perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.
  • Answering Telephone and Relaying Messages: Answer the telephone and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
