Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Belluz Concrete and Rentals LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote our products, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
