About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional housekeeping and laundry services to our residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the residence
  • Work collaboratively with the Environmental Services team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, work standards, and safety regulations
  • Project a positive image and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests
  • Operate and maintain equipment, furniture, and other items related to resident care

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High standard of hygiene and cleanliness
