Mishra Farms is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Labourer. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our agricultural activities.

• Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, clear fields of wood and stones, cultivate on vertical farming systems, and dose water saturation, light, and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development.
• Harvesting and Processing: Hand harvest vegetables, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, and examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
• Field Preparation: Level earth to fine grade specifications and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts.
• General Labour: Clean work areas and perform other tasks as required.

• Permanent Position: This is a permanent role with a guaranteed number of hours per week.
• Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
• Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
