About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Risk Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing expert advice on commercial insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and maximize business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and prevention.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance products and services.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
  • AMF Damage Insurance or equivalent insurance license.
  • 1-3 years of insurance experience.
  • CIP, FCIP & CRM desirable.
  • General Knowledge of all areas of general insurance coverage.
  • General Knowledge of Professional lines is an asset.
  • Customer service, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, mathematical, decision making and negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Committed team player.
