As a key member of our organization, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing comprehensive testing and validation processes for the DreamCatcher Production Suite's Software and Hardware
  • Working closely with the development team to strategize testing plans
  • Documenting and tracking defects using a project management system
  • Developing and revising testing protocols and product documentation
  • Offering technical support to customers
  • Overseeing the maintenance of laboratory testing equipment
  • Assisting in the preparation of product demonstrations
  • Contributing to product enhancement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Software Validation, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline
  • A degree in a relevant field is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Linux and experience using Jira, Confluence, and Testrail is preferred
  • Knowledge of video technology and compression methods is beneficial
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
