Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing a loyal clientele by providing personalized service and expert advice on menswear and luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling: Build relationships with clients and create repeat business by providing exceptional service and expert advice on menswear and luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion and menswear: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and be able to advise clients on the latest styles and must-haves.
  • Educate clients on our loyalty program: Educate clients on the benefits and features of our Club Harry Loyalty program and encourage them to participate.
  • Participate in Merchandising activities: Assist with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and other merchandising activities to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Utilize resources to drive business: Utilize the resources provided to conduct new business driving measures and follow up with clients on all aspects of their current needs.
  • Prepare for client meetings: Strategize what merchandise to present and create opportunities for add-on sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
  • Passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Ability to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills acquired into daily activities.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation

The starting average annual income is $50,000, comprised of variable commission, variable team bonus, and a fixed base salary. With our generous commission and bonus structure, you can write your own paycheck.
