Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and organize work schedules effectively
  • Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring coordination of their tasks
  • Conduct inspections of subcontractor work to verify quality and adherence to specifications
  • Oversee budget planning and management
  • Engage in various trades during construction or renovation tasks
  • Create and implement financial and operational strategies
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for construction and renovation projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers on project plans
  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure all necessary construction permits are secured
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
