Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly proficient Technical Project Manager to enhance our client service team. This role encompasses both client-facing service delivery management and technical project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee all client interactions and drive the overall delivery timeline, while also designing and implementing innovative integration solutions tailored to our clients' technical and business needs. This position requires close collaboration with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, the candidate will manage all engineering aspects to ensure project completion and engage in hands-on technical work as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate client communications throughout the entire delivery process, aligning various client stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Comprehend the client's product and business logic to recommend optimal solutions that address specific needs, providing strong consulting and solutioning services.
- Assume the project management role to ensure that client onboarding projects are executed effectively and remain under control.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance during the implementation and deployment phases to ensure integration with client systems.
- Work in tandem with product and engineering teams to guarantee the smooth integration of new features and technologies into existing frameworks.
- Stay informed about trends in the financial services industry and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our solutions and offerings.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a comparable technical role.
- Strong grasp of software development, system architecture, and integration principles, with a focus on SaaS platform data integration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient client-facing communication skills and strong consultant/client management abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with anti-fraud measures in the financial or internet sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning is a plus.
