We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Manual Testing Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Testing: Conduct thorough testing of complex web applications to identify defects and ensure usability.
  • Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements.
  • Test Execution: Execute test cases with precision, document results, and report defects.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct exhaustive regression testing to maintain software integrity.
  • Exploratory Testing: Utilize your experience to find hidden issues not covered by standard tests.
  • Extended Hours Testing: Be available during crucial project phases and for time-sensitive issues.
  • Bug Reporting: Report defects with precision using JIRA or other tracking systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams and stakeholders for effective communication.
  • QA Standards: Help establish and enforce quality assurance best practices.
  • Test Environment Setup: Configure and maintain test environments for accurate testing.
  • Test Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports and share with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of manual software testing experience with a focus on web applications.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA for test case management and bug tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and bug reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
