We are seeking a skilled Shop Helper to join our dynamic team at Marcon Metal Fab, Inc. in Delta BC. As a Shop Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fabrication shop, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the production of high-quality steel products.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the shop and yard areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operate power and air tools to clean steel and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Pack and prepare jobs for shipping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience working with power and air tools.
  • Basic understanding of English (written and spoken).
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
  • Overhead crane experience is an asset.
