Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Best Western Hotel. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common rooms.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with housekeeping operations, including responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and participating in deep cleaning projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
