Key Responsibilities

As part of the Operations Manager's team, the Service Technician contributes expertise by:

Evaluating circuits, wiring schematics, and blueprints to install, repair, calibrate, service, and replace electromechanical devices and systems. Disassembling, inspecting, and replacing electromechanical equipment, as well as swapping out faulty electrical and mechanical components. Executing mechanical tasks, including but not limited to, troubleshooting and repairing cleaning and sanitizing machinery. Carrying out diverse duties to install and maintain sanitizing systems and equipment provided by Sani Marc. Conducting routine preventative maintenance in accordance with established PM protocols. Delivering value-added after-sales support and engaging in problem-solving activities; Performing repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage facilities; Traveling to customer locations as required; Assisting other departments through internal collaboration; Diagnosing issues, determining corrective measures, and executing repairs; Managing service requests and assessing customer needs.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should:

Be skilled in electrical and mechanical diagnostics. Have experience in the maintenance of food service equipment preferred. Possess a background in mobile onsite service preferred. Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach. Exhibit strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Be exceptionally organized and possess a thorough understanding of processes. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Complete a mechanical/electrical aptitude assessment during the initial interview.
