Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining vehicle condition.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo through proper tarping and handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Licenses and Certifications: DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and a permanent employment duration.
Working Conditions

This is a 35-hour per week position, with a focus on safe and efficient transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
