As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records and processing paperwork.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Patient Care
    • Administer tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
    • Provide excellent patient care, including taking medical histories and scheduling appointments.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products.
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
