Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned security professional to take on a senior role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audits, governance, and risk management, with a proven track record of success in identifying and mitigating security threats.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in security risk management initiatives and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze proposed solution architectures and identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and related controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
- Conduct threat risk assessments using various frameworks and methodologies, including NIST and ISO 27001/2.
- Develop and maintain risk management models to assess and mitigate security risks.
- Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders and negotiate resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in security risk management, IT audits, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 27001/2, NIST, and CIS.
- Experience with threat risk assessment methodologies, including HTRA and CSF.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
