Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Enerflex. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for our customers' natural gas equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medium to large stationary natural gas equipment, including engines, compressors, pumps, valves, and related machinery.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with our service manager to develop repair strategies and provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • Mentor and support other technicians through knowledge sharing and training.
  • Participate in internal and external training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of field service work experience.
  • Valid Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic, Natural Gas Compression, Automotive, or Millwright Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability and willingness to drive long distances.
  • Ability to lead, direct, motivate, and supervise team members.
  • Strong knowledge of engine, generator, and compressor performance and operations.
