THE ROLE
We are seeking a Financial Investment Associate to join our accomplished and dynamic investment team in Vancouver. This seven-member team operates with a full-service model, catering to high-net-worth clients and families. Our focus on client satisfaction drives us to seek opportunities for exceptional service, fostering a collaborative environment where team members learn from and support one another. The ideal candidate will share our client-centric philosophy and thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the administration and documentation of client accounts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare materials and manage logistics for client meetings.
- Support client outreach through various communication channels.
- Handle a range of operational tasks, including special projects and personal assistance for the Portfolio Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education and prior experience in an administrative role are advantageous.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is required for Investment Representative approval.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional and tactful manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in task execution.
- Professionalism in managing confidential information.
- A collaborative mindset with a history of building strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and accountable.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Broadridge's Dataphile and/or Salesforce is a plus.
