Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Educational Assessment and Grading Practices to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing assessment strategies that align with our educational goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of grading practices across all programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement assessment strategies that align with our educational goals and objectives
- Ensure the quality and consistency of grading practices across all programmes
- Collaborate with teachers and programme leaders to develop and implement assessment tools and strategies
- Provide training and support to teachers on assessment and grading practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment strategies and make recommendations for improvement
