Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at People's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to order
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to prepare and cook meals for our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
