About Our Ideal Candidate
:As a seasoned DVM and Designated Registrant for ON - Englehart Animal Hospital, the Acting Medical Director embodies an exemplary standard of medicine with patients while concurrently providing medical leadership to the organization. This DVM will be largely responsible for clinical work with approximately 5 - 10% of time focused on Medical Director responsibilities. As a senior member of the practice management team, the Acting Medical Director combines clinical expertise, a dedication to veterinary code of ethics and regulatory standards, solution-driven expertise, emotional intelligence and utilizes a servant leadership mindset to promote excellence in veterinary medicine.

- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. :
- Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. :

- Participate in business development and growth initiatives. :
