Job Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW)Job Overview:

Pristine Quality Healthcare Services Corp. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team in Ontario. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in various settings, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, and home care support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
  • Registered with OPSWA or willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid Certification (CPR/First Aid AED level C)
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Full vaccination and booster (as required by client)
  • Negative 2-step TB test and/or chest X-ray (6 months)
  • Full immunization records
