Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for larger repairs.
  • Advertise job vacancies and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Manage and balance the rent roll effectively.
