Job Summary

We are seeking a Pet Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with pet care-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to pet owners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing products.
  • Assist with pet care-related tasks, such as handling pet food and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of pet care and nutrition is an asset.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods.
