About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Agronomy Support - Provide in-depth agronomy support to customers, leveraging Crop Intelligence and Advanced Agronomy protocols to optimize crop yields and reduce environmental impact.
  • Partner Collaboration - Collaborate with partners to develop innovative solutions in agriculture, utilizing Crop Intelligence and John Deere's digital tools to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Network Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry partners to promote the adoption of leading-edge technological tools and drive business success.
  • Equipment Assets - Support the sale, maintenance, and development of in-field weather station equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Integration - Promote, adopt, and utilize John Deere equipment and precision agriculture technologies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, plus 2-3 years of experience in agronomy, sales, or related field.
  • Proven working knowledge of plants, crops, soils, and related areas.
  • CCA, PAg designation preferred.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adopt new technologies.
