Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our team in our Regina warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and installing overhead doors, working closely with our service scheduler to diagnose problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair problems with overhead doors
  • Coordinate with the service scheduler to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Contribute to business development by seeking new customers and building relationships with existing ones
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service/installation industry
  • Experience in related trades or construction
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant safety training and tickets (e.g. Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, Standard First Aid)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong customer service focus and mechanical aptitude
