About the Location:

As a Guest Room Attendant at Four Seasons Whistler, you'll have the opportunity to experience the best of Whistler's alpine living, from world-class skiing and hiking to upscale dining and shopping.

About the Role:

The Guest Room Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and suites are clean, comfortable, and inviting. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Restock amenities and supplies, such as linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Provide turndown service, including refreshing the room with new linens and amenities
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Guest Room Attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
