Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Trusted Touch Esthetics Ltd.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Manage inventory levels and perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice on merchandise and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
    • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
    • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
    • Maintain sales records for inventory control and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Work Environment and Skills:
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Develop strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service and resolve issues.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Requirements:
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
    • Permanent work term.
    • 40 hours per week.
    • Work language: English.
