Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our footwear products, including styles, features, and pricing.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling footwear products to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying and maintaining attractive store displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
