Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for developing solutions to business problems using data analysis and visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technology-based solutions
  • Determine specific business and technical requirements for solutions
  • Drive full engagement to ensure focus on top priorities through backlog prioritization and roadmap articulation
  • Challenge the status quo and deal with ambiguity when driving solutions
  • Leverage data to provide consulting services to business stakeholders when designing technical solutions
  • Work independently and think strategically to drive priorities with cross-functional stakeholders within Client Operations
  • Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with impacted stakeholders
  • Change management and adoption capability, ability to drive post-implementation success and benefit realization
  • Documentation of all procedures for development
Requirements
  • Related experience in a similar part-time/student role (building automated solutions)
  • Very strong technical skills needed – Python, Microsoft Power BI, Jira (or similar tool)
  • Challenging the status quo, driving strategic thinking, and strong ability to influence and persuade others
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong software skills in MS products: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
