About the Role

Yoni Barchichat is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Childcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare.
  • Childcare Duties:
    • Change diapers and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Follow parents' lead with toilet training and support children's emotional well-being.
    • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas, ensuring the health and safety of the children.
    • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
    • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, maintaining a tidy and organized home.
    • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
    • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
    • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
    • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the children receive a balanced diet.
    • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a soothing and calming environment.
    • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support.
    • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their safe transportation.
    • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
    • Help children with homework, promoting their academic development.
    • Cook and prepare meals for the children, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
