Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exterior Installation Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of exterior building products on residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers engaged in exterior installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities within the work crew
  • Requisition required materials and supplies from company staff
  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Requirements
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 100lbs
  • Great attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work as a team
  • Strong math skills and ability to use technology and apps
  • Driver's license is an asset
