About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at TIPTOP BLINDS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair
    • Install and repair Venetian blinds in a timely and efficient manner
    • Ensure all installations meet our high standards for quality and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain our inventory of blind materials and supplies
    • Ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good working order
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our installation team to achieve our goals and objectives
    • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Installation experience in a related field (e.g. window treatment, carpentry)
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
