Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CIUSSS de l'Estrie-CHUS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a hospital or home for the aged setting. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the provincial or territorial authorities
  • Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work
  • CPR Certificate
