Construction Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

• Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
• Project Management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
• Health and Safety
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Communication and Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Education and Experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Work Environment
