Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the patient's goals, needs, and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and empowerment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective.
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- One year of recent related experience.
- Valid BC Driver's license where required.
