About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities

Identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Repair and Maintain Machinery

Perform routine maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment to prevent malfunctions and extend their lifespan.

Supervise and Train Colleagues

Supervise and train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Install and Commission Machinery

Install and commission new machinery and equipment to ensure they are properly integrated into our operations.

Read and Interpret Technical Documents

Read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure that machinery and equipment are installed and maintained correctly.

Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Experience with High-Speed Packaging Equipment
  • Experience with Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
  • Experience with Pumps and Compressors
